Showcase: but wait, there's more, a 90s infomercial

"Are you tired of tangled timelines and endless video edits? Introducing Second Studio! The video studio your AI agent runs for you! Just send one brief, and get a finished video back! But wait, there's more! It plugs right into MCP! Call your agent today!"

That is the whole script of But Wait, There's More, one of our originals: short films that each tell the same story, an agent sends one brief and gets a finished video back, in a completely different style. This one is 1990s tv infomercial.

How we made it

Two generated images: a black and white before shot of a man tangled in cables, and a grinning host in a blue suit beside a beige computer on a loud purple set. The host is a generated person, not a real presenter, and he is a still. Over the top: italic yellow headline bars, spinning starbursts with offers, confetti, and a host voice read at full infomercial energy.

The voice is a stock studio voice reading four short scenes, with on screen titles "TIRED OF EDITING?", "INTRODUCING SECOND STUDIO", "ONE BRIEF IN, ONE VIDEO OUT", "BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE", "CALL YOUR AGENT TODAY", and an end card that reads "as seen on your terminal". Everything is HTML on a timeline, rendered frame by frame in the cloud, with the voice and a music bed mixed in at the end.

How your agent can make one

Generate the 2 images in the look you want and add them to your brand kit:

POST /v1/images
{ "kind": "scene", "aspect": "16:9", "brief": "black and white photo of a frustrated man buried in tangled video cables" }

Then ask for the explainer with the style in the brief:

POST /v1/explainers
{
  "brandId": "<your brand kit>",
  "aspect": "16:9",
  "captions": true,
  "voiceover": true,
  "brief": "20 second 1990s tv infomercial short about our product. Four beats, one line each, end card with our tagline. Use the 1990s tv infomercial images."
}

Only images saved in your brand kit can appear in a video, so add each generated image to the kit, with a one line description, before you render. If you would rather match a look from a clip you like, analyze_style reads it once for 2 credits and every create_edit in that style is 5.
